Ann Lugbill, Esq.,
practices in the area of securities fraud, shareholders derivative,
False Claims Act qui tam, employment and multi-party/class action
employment, ERISA, and other complex litigation. She has represented
over 35 whistleblowers in False Claims Act qui tam cases, actively
practices in the field, and was featured in a "60 Minutes" program
about her client’s whistleblower case that exposed a Japanese
manufacturer for falsely labeling machine tools sold to the U.S. armed
forces as "Made in the U.S.A." Ms. Lugbill co-authored False Claims
Act: Whistleblower Litigation (LEXIS) and Representing the Terminated
Employee in Ohio (Anderson Publishing) and other articles on
whistleblower and employment law. She chairs the Cincinnati Bar
Association Grievance Committee, is a charter member and officer of
the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, co-chairs the Ohio Workplace
Fairness Josh Morrow Litigation Fund, and serves on the Ohio State Bar
Association Labor & Employment Law Specialty Board, which credentials
lawyers in those specialties. She is a member of : AFL-CIO Lawyers
Coordinating Committee, ABA, ATLA, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers,
Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association (charter member), OSBA,
Cincinnati Bar Association, Potter Stewart Inns of Court (Master
Emeritus) and the National Employment Lawyers Association and its
Cincinnati affiliates. A 1980 graduate of the University of Virginia
Law School, she has a B. A. in history from Kalamazoo College,
Michigan. Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Ohio,
she co-counsels all of her cases with other lawyers located in
